The Sims Medieval: Pirates And Nobles (v2.0.113...

What advice did EA give you? I really want to know because I have been looking for Sims medieval pirates and nobles for 3 years now and now when I finally got it I can't play it. It worked fine before but after I did all the updates and installing I could not play its really frustrating because I have been at it for hours now please help
