Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
To receive a refund, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of a session. The refund amount will be issued after deducting any processing fees incurred through PayPal or Venmo.
Late Arrival Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show and subsequently canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be granted. Please check for availability to reschedule.
Missed Appointments:
We understand the value of time, as it cannot be regained. Therefore, missed appointments are non-refundable.
Zoom Sessions:
Please ensure that you join the Zoom session using your personal computer, or have an alternative device available for voice recording purposes, if possible.
Booking Rights:
I reserve the right to decline the booking of a session if there have been multiple rescheduling instances.
Respectful Conduct:
Any use of rude or offensive language during the session will result in immediate termination. As sovereign beings, we deserve mutual respect and harmonious interaction.
