A refund amount will be issued minus PayPal / Venmo processing fees. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled and is considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued. Please check availability to reschedule. Time is precious and something that can not be gotten back therefore no refund will be given for missed appointments. Please join Zoom with your PC, or have another device available for a voice recording if possible. I reserve the right to refuse to book your session due to multiple reschedulings.
